Harmony Consolidator Foundation, a not for profit woman-founded and women-led common-benefit foundation, was created in 2023 by its founder, Mrs Gakwaya Mugwaneza Colette, a Rwandese woman who has been actively engaged in women and youth empowerment for decades as either a community youth leader in her youth and women leader or a volunteer in different women and youth empowerment organizations. Harmony Consolidator Foundation is legally registered under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda and is based in Kigali – Rwanda. Harmony Consolidator Foundation bases all activities and operations on the principles of Integrity, Courage, Transparency and Accountability, Compassion, Partnership and Servant-Leadership.
Harmony Consolidator Foundation envisions a united, healthy and prosperous society where everyone has equal economic, social and political rights and opportunities, children are free from all forms of abuses, families live in harmony and the underprivileged are empowered to fulfil their full potential.
The mission of Harmony Consolidator Foundation is to contribute to the socio-economic development of Rwanda by eradicating social injustice and promoting harmony in the Rwandan communities, families and in the workplaces.
